This Package Policy applies to mosques, organisations, and trade planners who partner with Group Umrah to offer Umrah packages to their community.
Scope of Service
Group Umrah manages Umrah-related travel services on behalf of the organiser, including bookings, flights, hotels, visa processing, payment handling, and essential travel coordination. These services are provided solely to support the organiser’s Umrah group.
Booking Pages and Domain Use
Organisers do not receive a separate website or domain. Group Umrah provides a dedicated booking page hosted under our domain in the format groupumrah.org/yourorganisationname. Each organiser is assigned a single, standalone page.
These pages are intentionally designed without site navigation. This ensures privacy and separation between different organisations using our platform. Visitors cannot navigate between other organisers’ pages or internal Group Umrah service pages from within these booking pages. Users may still access the Group Umrah homepage by manually editing the web address.
Content and Pricing Responsibility
All Umrah details, pricing, dates, images, and descriptions displayed on the booking page are provided and approved by the organiser. Group Umrah does not set prices or create package content and relies on the organiser to ensure accuracy and authorisation.
Traveller Data and Use
Personal data collected from travellers is used only for booking management, visa processing, travel arrangements, and necessary communication. This information may be shared with the organiser and relevant third parties such as airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and payment providers. Group Umrah does not sell or misuse traveller data.
Separate privacy and Umrah policies are provided to travellers booking through organiser pages.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. In the event of a cancellation, travellers receive a full refund minus Stripe’s payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.
Acceptance of Policy
By registering and using Group Umrah’s services, the organiser confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Package Policy.
